Step 2 : CHOOSE YOUR IDEAL MEGAWORLD PROJECT

Based on your location of choice, look into Megaworld's pre-selling projects within the area of your preferred location. Remember to consider the projects offered unit sizes & types, features and amenities for you to determine which project will suit your lifestyle preferences.

Step 3 : CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS

Ask us for the best payment terms offered for your preferred unit. Megaworld offers pre-selling developments at
No Spot Downpayment Option at 0% Interest Rate.

​​Step 4 : PAY THE RESERVATION FEE OF PHP 50,000

The reservation fee can be paid in cash, credit card or cheque.

For clients overseas, wire transfer is accepted.

Provide the bank with these details in making your remittance:
* Buyer's Name
* Project & Unit (for clients with more than 1 unit, indicate all units & parking)
* Buyer's Payment Code (as indicated on your statement of account)

For wire transfer payments, send us a scanned copy of your Proof of Remittance, in order to block the unit of your choice. 

Step 5 : SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Fill up and submit the documents below.

For Foreign transaction you may provide scan copies of your accomplished signed and send them via e-mail at clarksarmiento.megaworld@gmail.com

1. Signed Request for Reservation and Offer To Purchase (RROP)
2. Fill-up Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS)
3. 2 valid Government issued ID's with the buyer's name & signature.
